Little pet-friendly hotel with really kind and nice staff members at the reception desk. Had favourable and amazing location to the tram stop or an easy walk to the historic centre, a few steps away from Stade Sabathe Sports Arena. And just off the closest trolley, train station and Place de L'Europe for airport bus and train station...

The hotel was placed in the central location in terms of feeling like you 're living in a regular neighborhood. It was also next to the beach by car and city centre on foot and Close to train station.

As usual, excelent staff and the atmosphere of the hotel. Located in the close vicinity of railway station and the town centre. Relatively new building, with a parking lot, lift and access to the internet at the reasonable proce.

Attention, Monsieur Le Director! The building is no more new and a lot of things should be repaired. What I noticed, basing on many years of experience - the quality of services is inversily proportional to the amount of leaflets in the room. I found that my room wasn't properly prepared for my stay - in the bathroom, shower was clogged. There was no possible to fix the handle shower, as the tube was broken and removed. I complained already about this special type of "rolled out" uncomfortable beds with noisy springs. The internet is not secure - after my stay I've got an enormous amount of spam in French language.

The breakfast was good and had variety of food. The location was quiet with a train station close to the accommodation. We also went to city centre, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

perfect for city strolls near great landmarks and parks

I loved how easy it was to explore the promenade of Peyrou, just about a 20-minute walk away, and the beautiful Place de la Comedie was even closer at a little over 1 kilometer. The comfortable room and clean facilities, especially since it was perfect for a short city break as a solo traveler.

For me this was the perfect stop off point on a long journey from Sydney Australia to Barcelona. The Appart'City complex is ideally situated a very short walk to the beautiful city of Montpallier and when I saw the facilities I immediately booked a longer stay so as not to have the nassles of finding accomodation in Barcelona. The staff are great and for a non french speaking tourist could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

It is standard and functional, also not too far from city centre walking.Night staff is more pleasant than day staff.

It is too expensive for the standard of services- quite basic facilities; IBIS and other two star hotels have better online rates than this one. Bed linen and towels not changed during the stay

The location is convenient for those that do not have a car. it is close to the tram and close to buses. You can also be downtown in 20 mn walk.

The bed is a sofa bed so it is not very comfortable and the room is only made once if you stay for a week. They do not pick up trash, you have to do it yourself.

Corridors resemble a hospital with dark colors and low lighting!!! Kitchen utensils insufficient and not clean!!! Parking information provided on check-in was irrelevant. Rooms need better connectivity options and overall cleanliness. This hotel could use some serious upgrades!!!

The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was satisfactory - air conditioning, TV, kitchen equipment all worked fine, and the kitchen was quite well equipped. It's fairly well located - a 5 minute walk from the nearest tram stop, which is a 15 minute tram ride away from La Comedie.

When the sofa bed was out, there was barely any space to move around in the room.

Good price, a tram station is very close to the hotel, all necessary kitchen appliances for those who save money and cater themselves.

Like someone already had wrote, a studio room is very small, especially when you stretch a bed, but for us it was ok, enough space. Anyway, we spent not much time in hotel, just return to sleep, so the room size does not really matter in this case.

At 76 euros for a double room, it is economical accommodation. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Very cheap internet. It was not wireless but it was only 2 euro per day. Fortunately breakfast was reasonable at 9 euro for a buffet breakfast because there are not many breakfast options nearby.

It was a very small room for two people. It was just a two night stay for us, so we managed. I would not recommend a longer stay due to the small size. The location is only fair. It is a 20 minute walk to the train station and about 25 minutes to Place de Comedie (the main town square).

Very good quality/price, the sofa bed was a little bit hard, but other than that the hotel was clean, tidy and well situated. Vitually deserted at the weekends so perfect if you like a quiet place to stay. 15 mins walk from center of Montpelier
